The foam Pimples Standard is composed of PU foam (Polyurethane) with density of 33Kg/m3.
This is open-cell foam, with the particularity of having a very good flexibility and very good absorption of airborne sound.
The formatting applied to product (pinholes) is for multiplying the absorption capacity, increasing the reception surface, so the number of open cells will thus receive and absorb the noise.
The greater the thickness of the pins, the higher the efficiency is also important.
Foam P.U. used to manufacture the foam is Standard Pimples, color Anthracite.
Characteristics of the adhesive:
Acrylic adhesive screened to prevent elongation, covered with a protective paper
Holding temperature: - 20 ° to 110 °
